From Friday 14 July 17.00 until Sunday 27 August summer opening hours apply in most of the Maastricht University Library locations. Read the details here.
Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July you are welcome to study in the Randwyck Library between 08.30 – 18.00.
Because of the upcoming exam period (4) the library offers you XXL opening hours from Saturday 20 May until Wednesday 14 June in three locations.
On Friday 5 May you are welcome to study in the Inner City Library and the Tapijn and University Sports Centre (USC) Learning Spaces
On King’s Day, Thursday 27 April and (bridging day) Friday 28 April you are welcome to study in the University Library. However, please note, not all locations are open.

On Saturday 8 April LibSearch maintenance is scheduled from 07.00 – 12.00. You can search in LibSearch during the maintenance, but a few things will not work.

During all XXL opening hours the Maastricht University (UM) Inner City Library is accessible for UMcardholders only. With this measure we want to give UMcardholders priority for a study place at the Inner City Library during the (pre) exam weeks.
Maastricht will be celebrating Carnival from Saturday 25 February until Tuesday 28 February. Just like every year the University Library will close its doors during this popular feast. But there are two locations where you are welcome to study.
Maastricht University is continuously investing in additional study places. We are happy to announce that there will be an extra 30 study places in the Randwyck Library soon.
Saturday 18 February the UM Bachelor’s Open Day will take place. Four library locations will have extended opening hours.
Because of upcoming exams, the Randwyck Library and LINK have extended opening hours this weekend. You are welcome to study from 08.30 – 18.00.
From this week until the end of April, construction work – including drilling before 10.00 – will take place at level 4 and 5 of the UM Randwyck building at UNS50. You are welcome to study in one of our other library locations.
