This database, owned by the International Labour Organization, offers time series on labour indicators.
This database, owned by the International Labour Organziation (Bureau of Statistics), offers time series on labour indicators such as the labour population, employment, unemployment, salaries, labour costs, strikes as well as occupational injuries. Depending on the individual time series, data may be available as of 1945. Data has been collected for the ILO Yearbook, meaning data on individual years may be missing.
Data can be found by following a fixed procedure by choosing indicators. The fields frequency and database are set. Use the search feature to enter keywords in the Data catalogue.
The ILOSTAT add-in provides free access to data series covering a wide range of labour topics (e.g., employment, unemployment, industrial relations, informality) directly via Microsoft Excel. Other data-tools are also available. Scroll down after accessing Ilostat. Other data tools are also available.
