    Every year in March Open Education Week takes place as a week-long series of global events. This year Open Education Week is scheduled from 4 March to 8 March. The aim of this event is to increase awareness, highlight initiatives, and showcase the influence opening up aspects of education has on communities and individuals. Throughout Open Education Week, various online and local events will take place, including workshops, webinars, discussions, debates, and other activities, catering to both the general public and specific audiences such as faculty or students.
