New online resource: Reaxys

The UM library is pleased to announce access to the database Reaxys. Reaxys retrieves chemical substances, their measured properties and reactions as well as bibliographic information.

Reaxys is Elsevier’s chemistry database. It contains chemical substances, reactions, and substance properties extracted from journals, patents and books.

Reaxys has a versatile and intuitive search interface (Query Builder), allowing a great deal control in your searches. Structure- and text-based searches can be combined. Moreover, it provides a state-of-the-art synthesis planner.
