Food can tell us a lot about the past and present of a society. What did people live by? How did they manage to create a food supply? How was food processed and stored?

Delicious menu in a Dutch Podcast

In the HistoBistro podcast (NL) we offer you a delicious menu in five episodes with collection pieces from different parties about historical food. These are served to help you to learn more about the historical process of food processing, preparation and consumption.

How did people formerly grow and store food? Which ingredients were or were not used? Which ingredients were or were not used? In which recipes were these ingredients used? And how were those dishes served?

Take a seat in our historic bistro and enjoy a podcast episode about historic food every Thursday (weeks 36 to 40).
