Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic student who helps us add and improve research publication registrations in our Pure research registration system. These registrations play a crucial role in reporting scientific output and increasing visibility / findability on the Internet.

 

Your tasks

  • Validation of publications and housekeeping in the Pure research registration system for the Maastricht University (UM) and the Open University
  • Improve the data quality in the Pure research registration using reports from various other sources like Web of Science and ORCID

 

Qualifications and skills

  • Registered student at UM (bridge year students are also welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of the publication process at a university and insight into the relationship between publishing, registering and reporting is an advantage
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independent

 

We offer

  • Flexible (0 hour) contract via InterUM
  • Flexible working hours, average 4 to 8 hours per week
