Maastricht Computing Days – Welcome and introduction to DSRI
The Maastricht Computing Days – 2026 edition kicks off with an interactive morning focused on research computing and practical knowledge exchange.
Content: The morning programme explores the Data Science Research Infrastructure (DSRI), containerisation technologies and future developments, followed by parallel workshops on using DSRI for research, FAIR software and related topics.

Learning objectives: By the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of DSRI and containerisation technologies, how DSRI can support their research, and key principles of FAIR research software. Through the workshops, they will also explore practical approaches that can be applied in their own research.
