About PebblePad
PebblePad is a digital portfolio tool to record and monitor learner growth and achievements, reflection and feedback processes, longitudinal assessment, and competency development.

What to expect
The PebblePad training consists of two on-site training sessions (5 hours in total). There will be a 1-hour online session in between. You can find the date and time below.

Learning objectives
Upon completion of these sessions:

  • You are familiar with the basics of PebblePad and understand its structure.
  • You are able to manage ATLAS (create workspaces, user management, settings).
  • You can create content (portfolio, workbook, templates).
  • You are able to set up feedback and assessment workflows.

Target Group: Academic and support staff responsible for building and supporting PebblePad.
Language: English or Dutch.
Prerequisites: The Essential Training is for builders and support staff. Teachers and tutors using PebblePad will be trained by their faculty.
Course format: 3 sessions with presentations, activities, and demonstrations (by trainers and by participants).

1 October 2025 – 13-14 h – online
8 October 2025 – 10-12 h – University Library Randwyck
