PebblePad Essentials Training

For portfolio builders and support staff

Is your faculty or program starting with PebblePad soon? Do you want to learn to build content and manage PebblePad? In four sessions you will learn the essentials of PebblePad.

About PebblePad
Pebblepad is a digital portfolio tool to record and monitor learner growth and achievements, reflection and feedback processes, longitudinal assessment, and competency development.

This digital portfolio tool supports the UM vision that assessment should be aligned with the UM CCCS principles, is meaningful for the learning process, and is coordinated at program level.

What to expect
In four sessions you will learn the essentials of PebblePad. The first session will be an onsite orientation session to help you become familiar with the language and platform environment. In the next three online sessions, the focus will be on ATLAS Management, Content building and ATLAS Assessment.

You will be provided with a PebblePad Workbook which includes a collection of structured activities which you are asked to complete before the sessions.

  • be familiar with the basics of PebblePad and understand its structure
  • be able to manage ATLAS (create workspaces, user management, settings)
  • be able to create content (portfolio, workbook, templates)
  • be able to set up feedback and assessment workflows.
