You can select the legal resource you want to browse from ‘Unsere Inhaltsübersicht’ on the left side.

The search feature has the option ‘Detailsuche’. This search option provides a more detailed search form, allowing you to be more specific about the parameters for the search.
When you click on ‘Profisuche’ via the search form “Detailsuche” below, you may use the particular search fields
The buttons beneath enable experts to structure their searches. Standard fields will be displayed. When you click on “Gericht (G)”, for instance, “G:()” will be inserted into the single-line search field. Within the parentheses, the court of choice such as “bgh” has to be entered: It would result in “G:(bgh)”. This expression can be logically linked with other expressions and terms now. On the right, the “Profisuche” shows the four operators UND, ODER, OHNE (NOT) and NAHE – also available by clicking on them. Combining two search terms by UND means both terms have to occur within the document. You can also dispense with UND as it is the operator by default.

Search guidelines are available from the tab ‘Hilfe’ in the red navigation bar’.

By entering the abbreviation (e.g. NJW) or a word from the title, you can find one or more journals. You will be directed to the latest issue of the journal. By clicking, in the left column, on the title of the journal you will get an overview of all back volumes/issues.
