A directory containing information (and direct links to the full text) about more than 4,000 open access journals, that is to say, quality-controlled scientific and scholarly electronic journals that are freely available on the Web. Journals in all languages and subject areas will be included in the DOAJ. Browsability by title and subject and articles search option. Note that everything that is free comes with no guarantee.
