Oxford Reference Online (Premium Collection)
Database info
The Premium collection brings together more than 600 language and subject reference works published by Oxford University Press. These books can be searched simultaneously or by individual book title.
Since this is a cross-searchable database it can be searched in one go. ‘Advanced search’ gives the opportunity to limit the search to one or several subjects: use the option ‘Clear all’ and select one or more subjects. The option ‘List of Subjects and books’ enables to choose one specific book to search. By default searches will be done in the full text: this can be modified via the ‘Refine your search’ box by choosing one of the options in the presented list. Search set ups that can be modified are presented on the right-hand side of the ‘Advanced search’ page. Help is available on each search screen.
