Accessing the database
To access the database and its contents, the publisher requires you to create a personal account using your first and last name and UM email address.
On-campus users should register via the Tax Notes registration page.
Once registered, you can sign in with your username and password.
Please follow these steps to register:
- Go to https://www.taxnotes.com > click SIGN IN (in the blue menu bar).
- In the username field, enter your UM email address > click Next.
- On the profile page titled “Welcome Universiteit Maastricht User”, enter your name and UM email address. Choose a password and enter it.
- After completing the profile, click REGISTER.
- You can now return to the Tax Notes website and sign in using your UM email address and the password you chose. Under Subscriptions > News, you will find links to federal, state, and international news and analysis provided by Tax Notes.
