Despite the COVID-19 pandemic we were able to improve and expand our services and support in 2020 and stay a valuable partner for education and research at Maastricht University (UM) and at the institutions we collaborate with outside UM. On the one hand we focused on facilitating the digital learning environment and on the other hand, our (physical) study places have remained available almost continuously, especially for students who could not study from home. And of course, we made sure that as much literature as possible was available online for education and research. Because we are well on our way to a FAIR UM, there was also a lot of attention for research support and research intelligence.
