Logging of user activity in Canvas
All user activity in Canvas is logged (e.g. time spent viewing course content). These activity logs are visible to instructors and, to a lesser extent, tutors. This data is used solely to improve instruction and is not used (directly or indirectly) for student assessment, unless explicitly stated in the assessment plan for a specific course.
Atomic search
Atomic search is a tool that allows you to search the full text of your course content in Canvas. UM processes personal data in Atomic Search to provide accurate and timely information about its courses and study materials.
FeedbackFruits
With FeedbackFruits you can add engaging learning activities, such as peer review and group member evaluation, to your Maastricht University Canvas course.
PebblePad
PebblePad is Maastricht University’s digital portfolio tool for learning, assessment, and showcasing.
