As previously announced, Microsoft Teams will replace Zoom as of 1 August 2025. We recommend moving your scheduled Zoom meetings to Teams as soon as possible. This ensures that we can fully support you in case any issues arise.

Don’t share sensitive personal data in Teams

Special categories of personal data (e.g. biometric – and genetic data, data concerning health, political opinions and ethnicity) are not permitted to be stored in Teams files (including recorded Teams meetings). Get in touch with your faculty Information Manager if sensitive information needs to be shared online.
