What is PebblePad?

Pebblepad is a digital portfolio tool to record and monitor learner growth and achievements, reflection and feedback processes, longitudinal assessment, and competency development.

Why are UM programs implementing PebblePad?

This digital portfolio tool supports the UM vision that assessment should be aligned with the UM CCCS principles, is meaningful for the learning process, and is coordinated at program level. PebblePad facilitates longitudinal assessment, with opportunities for remediation, reflection, and feedback. Additionally, our students and staff can record and monitor growth, learning outcomes and competency development.

Interested in using PebblePad or need support?

Each faculty offers first-line support to teachers and students and most have a team of functional and didactic specialists ready to support programs, projects, or courses that (want to) start using PebblePad in the future. Get in touch with the PebblePad UM faculty support.

University-wide second-line support is provided by the Digital Learning Environment (DLE) team. You can find helpful guides and an FAQ about PebblePad on the library PebblePad support page.

Upcoming UM portfolio event

This fall, the UM portfolio project team will organise an event sharing experiences from programs that have implemented PebblePad. The event also aims to inform UM stakeholders interested in using a portfolio in the upcoming academic years.
