About the Workshop
The Introduction to Qualtrics workshop offers a practical overview of the survey lifecycle, from creation to closure. Participants will gain hands-on experience in:
Designing surveys:
Setting up questions, response options, and layouts.
- Distributing surveys: sharing via links, email, or QR codes in a secure way.
- Analysing results: using built-in reporting tools and exporting data to other software.
- Closing surveys: managing responses, archiving data, and preparing for next steps.
The workshop is tailored for students and researchers who are new to Qualtrics or wish to refresh their skills. Following the general introduction, the session can be adapted to the needs of the audience — for example, by exploring advanced logic, integrating media, or applying Qualtrics in specific research projects.
