"AthenaDesktop" is a fully managed Microsoft Windows digital workplace offered to UM employees by ICTS. Devices are encrypted by default to secure locally stored data in the event of theft or loss. However, locally stored data is not backed-up and could be lost in such scenarios or in the case of a hardware failure. Therefore, always save your data on a UM storage solution.
