Two known causes can be solved by yourself:

  • You may be using an incorrect bookmark or shortcut. The correct login URL is: https://cris.maastrichtuniversity.nl/admin 
  • Your browser may have saved your UM account or password with a typing error or incorrect capitalisation. Clear all saved passwords/cookies via the settings of the browser

It is also possible that you can’t log in because your account has either expired or not set up yet. Pure accounts are synchronised with the UM human resources system. You can ask your faculty key user for help if you have any specific questions using the contact form.
