Description
After protestors occupied the University College Maastricht (UCM) building on Zwingelput and the police evicted them on Tuesday, 10 June 2025, a group of concerned staff members from the Faculty of Law published a statement about the Executive Board’s (CvB) actions.
In response to that statement, and after a series of meetings between Executive Board representatives and representatives of the signatories, they agreed that a group of legal experts from the Faculty of Law would advise on the exercise of the right to demonstrate at Maastricht University (UM). This report contains that advice.
