For four years in a row (2015-2018) the Dutch Ministry of Education provides funding for projects in the field of Open and Online Education. In the first round 45 project proposals were submitted. Recently the Minister of Education announced which of these project proposals were granted, including a project where Maastricht University, together with Leiden University, participates in!
The project on Topic Oriented Open Learning (TOOL) platform for Anatomy will provide an (inter) nationally online anatomy platform that aims to support anatomy learning. The platform is meant for students and professionals in health-related education, health care workers and the general public, primarily in the Netherlands and Flanders, secondary worldwide.
