You are very welcome to join the second of a series of events on the rich local history of book printing: Gedrukt in Maastricht. Mrs Truus Roks, archivist at the Historisch Centrum Limburg, will tell you all about calendars and yearbooks (almanacs) that where printed in Maastricht in the 18th century. The language of communication will be Dutch. Admission is free.

To make Maastricht’s printing history more widely known to the public, the University Library, Centre Céramique and the Historisch Centrum Limburg joined hands. Together they preserve some 7,500 unique books that were printed in Maastricht since the middle of the sixteenth century.
