Qualtrics offers many advanced features, and we provide support to help you use them effectively. Thatโs why we offer a range of support options tailored to meet your needs:
- Get support directly from Qualtrics
Your Customer Success Hub is where you go to request help from the Qualtrics Support team and track the history of your support requests (tickets).
- As a second line of support, there is a network of Local Administrators
Contact your local administrator of your UM department.
- Follow training workshops
XM Basecamp is your hub for free, self-paced, and interactive training content.
Join our focus groups to improve Qualtrics support
In our ongoing efforts to improve the support and services we offer, we are organising focus groups in April. These sessions aim to gather feedback on user experiences and identify ways to enhance Qualtrics support and functionality.
๐ Locations: Randwyck Campus & City Centre Campus
๐ Duration: 2 hours per session
๐ฅ 10 users per location for a focused discussion
If you are a Qualtrics user and are interested in contributing to this initiative, please register your interest by filling out the participation form by 15 March. Your feedback will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Qualtrics support at UM.
