The miscalculations were the result of an infrastructure upgrade aimed at enhancing the performance of Stats iQ and Crosstabs. The issue was promptly identified and resolved as of 25 July 2024. To rectify the situation, Qualtrics has reverted to the previous system configuration to ensure data accuracy while the necessary adjustments are made to the new system.
