Last week, a new issue of the Library+ Research update appeared with interesting news items about Research Data Management (RDM) support at the University Library.

Erik Jansen (Data Steward Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience) gives insight into the daily work of a Data Steward. You can learn more about DataverseNL, one of Maastricht University’s institutional repositories to store, share and publish research data. We show our new video on metadata and its importance for RDM and the realization of FAIR data. Maria Vivas-Romero (Data Steward Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences) looks back on the University Library’s RDM training of the Academic Year 2021-2022 and we tell you more about the Circular Research Data Summer Camp, developed and organized by Pedro Hernandez Serrano (Data Steward Faculty of Science and Engineering). Furthermore, we welcome you to the Maastricht Research Data Management Experts Community to get in contact with fellow research support staff. And we invite all researchers to nominate their FAIR dataset for the RDNL Dutch Data Prize 2022.
