In order to register a conference contribution in Pure, it’s necessary to determine first what type of contribution it was. Did you bring a written contribution (e.g. paper, abstract, poster)? This needs to be registered as a research output. If you’ve attended a conference or if you’ve presented at a conference, this should be entered in Pure as an activity.
Use the flowchart to select the correct type in Pure.

Log in to Pure using your UM account.

Click on the ‘Add content’ button, on the top right:
In the new window that opens, select the content type as advised in the flowchart.
