In the HistoBistro podcast (NL) we offer you a delicious menu in five episodes with collection pieces from different parties about historical food. These are served to help you to learn more about the historical process of food processing, preparation and consumption.

How did people formerly grow and store food? Which ingredients were or were not used? Which ingredients were or were not used? In which recipes were these ingredients used? And how were those dishes served?
