ORCID – Pure synchronisation

You can save time updating your ORCID profile by authenticating your ORCID iD in Pure. By doing so, your new publications and updates in Pure are automatically added/updated to your ORCID profile.

Since all new publications in Pure are checked and validated by the faculty key user, only the best possible metadata quality will be visible in your ORCID profile. ORCID will add Maastricht University as the validating organisation to this information in your profile.

Up-to-date information

Another advantage is that by adding your ORCID iD to your Pure profile, we can find your publications in databases such as Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed.

As a result, your new publications will be automatically imported into Pure quicker and better. This will keep your Pure and your ORCID profile up to date for showcasing your work!
