Why and how to use LEGO® Serious Play®? LEGO® Serious Play® can be used individually or in teams. It helps participants express ideas in a visual and hands-on way by building models that represent their ideas, challenges, or solutions. Each participant explains their model, which encourages equal participation and shared understanding. This process supports creative thinking, improves team communication, and supports in strategic decision-making, strategy and vision development and personal reflection and goal setting. In short, LEGO® Serious Play® turns abstract ideas into tangible models that make complex discussions more engaging and productive for educational, research or team projects.
