Interdisciplinary RDM experts Networking Workshops
RDM Experts Community meeting – 11 May 2021
Join us for the next Research Data Management (RDM) Experts Community meeting which will take place on Tuesday 11 May 2021 from 15:30 to 17:00.
During the next RDM Experts Community meeting, Ines Wilms (Assistant Professor at the Department of Quantitative Economics and departmental Data Security Officer, SBE) will present her research project and the RDM related aspects that were important for the project. She will elaborate on what was needed and what the journals and research community require regarding RDM. Ines will also talk about the tools that were used during the research project: GitHub and linked open source software such as R.
In the second part of the meeting, Marion Feijge (data steward and team coordinator data management, MEMIC) will tell something about her daily work as an RDM supporter. She will talk about the Maastricht Study and how a team of data managers provides support for this research project.
Anyone active in the field of RDM or interested in data management is welcome to join the RDM Experts Community. We organize monthly meetings where different RDM tools, services, and more are presented and where the RDM experts share their experiences and knowledge with each other.
You can register using the link below for the meeting on 11 May. The link with the details of the meeting will follow a few days before the event. We hope to see you next week.
