Programming on the Vlaai is Maastricht University’s Programming CAFE, based on the CAFE method (Code Along, Feel Empowered).
Each session starts with a presentation, demonstration, or workshop on a topic related to scientific programming. This is followed by an informal work session where participants can work on their own projects, ask questions, exchange knowledge, and network with fellow researchers and students while enjoying a slice of vlaai.

Who can attend?
Researchers, students and support staff from Maastricht University interested in scientific programming. No prior programming experience is required. Whether you are just starting your programming journey or already have extensive experience, Programming on the Vlaai offers a friendly and collaborative environment to learn, share knowledge, and develop your skills.
