Netherlands eScience Center calls for proposals
The eScience Center currently has two calls for proposals open. Projects receive an in-kind investment of a dedicated team of research software engineers (RSEs) from the eScience Center that will work together with the applicant. Check the links below for more information.
The deadlines for both calls are:
Submission of project propositions: Thursday 6 May 2021, 14:00 CET.
Submission of full proposals: Thursday 2 September 2021, 14:00 CET.

Open eScience Call 2021
This call for proposals supports research that requires the development and application of advanced digital technologies and research software. The projects should address an urgent methodological research challenge that can count on broader support from the research community in which the applicants are active.
Collaboration in Innovatie Technologies 2021
This call for proposals seeks to transform highly innovative, fundamental knowledge from computer science into applied technologies designed to have a substantial impact on research across the disciplines. The specific technology areas covered by this call are:
– FAIR-enabling technologies
– Data-efficient AI
