Maastricht University (UM) has a data processing agreement with uitgetypt.nl. This means that we have recorded how our data is processed by this external company. However, this agreement does not contain any special agreements about prices; the applicable rates can be found on their website. For specific questions about how the transcription process works, you can contact their support.
Furthermore, the option to transcribe in Microsoft Teams is available.
Transcribe in MS Teams
Students do not have this enabled by default, but their lecturer/supervisor can request access rights from the local information manager or IT team if there is a need for education or research for the student to temporarily have those rights.
