Video editing tools

After you finish filming, it is time to edit.

Depending on the format that you used, you may need different types of editing software. In this manual (also linked under the manuals toggle on the DIY Video Studio and DIY Podcast Studio pages) you find some suggestions of editing tools you could work with. Of course, there are many more online (free) editing programs available. Be careful though, concerning privacy, to upload your video to any random platform. Furthermore, many free editing tools have limited capacities and/or watermarks added to the footage.

The DIY Podcast Studio offers two computers for video and audio editing, should you wish not to do this on your own computer. The computers give you access to OpenShot Video Editor, and soon will also offer access to Adobe Premiere Pro for more advanced editing. Stay tuned for more information on this update.
